Terms of Service

The agreement. In plain language.

What you're buying, what you can do with it, and where we stand if something goes wrong. Written to be read, not skimmed past.

Who we are, and what these terms cover

MomAi Takeover (“we”, “us”) runs the Mom Brain Reset program and this app. These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and us, and they also serve as the end-user licence agreement for the app. By using the app or buying the program, you accept them. If you don't accept them, please don't use the app.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. The app is built for adults; we don't knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account or make a purchase.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.

What you're buying

The Mom Brain Reset is a digital program: lessons, prompts, templates, and workbooks delivered inside the app. Access is for you personally. It isn't transferable, and it isn't a physical product, so there's nothing to ship.

This is education, not professional advice

The program teaches you ways to use AI to carry less of the mental load. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it doesn't replace care from a qualified professional. If you're in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency services.

Price and payment

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you buy. Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase. We may change prices in future, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made.

Buying through the Apple App Store or Google Play

  • ·Your purchase is billed by Apple or Google through your store account, and their payment terms apply on top of these.
  • ·If what you buy is a subscription, it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends.
  • ·You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
  • ·You can restore a previous purchase from within the app using the same store account.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The AI tools you'll use

The program points you at AI tools, some of ours and some made by other companies. AI output can be wrong, out of date, or not right for your situation — read it before you rely on it, especially anything involving money, health, or your kids. We don't promise a particular result, income, or outcome from using the program.

What you write stays yours

You own the notes, prompts, and answers you put into the app. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the app for you — for example, showing a community win anonymously if you choose to share one. You can ask us to delete your content at any time.

Community rules

If you post to the community board, be decent. No harassment, hate, spam, or other people's private information. We may remove anything that breaks these rules and, if it keeps happening, close the account.

Our content

The program, the prompts, the lessons, the copy, and the design are ours and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use them for yourself — not to resell, republish, share, or use them to build a competing product.

What you may not do

Don't copy or scrape the app, try to break or reverse-engineer it, resell access, share your login, use it unlawfully, or pretend to be someone you're not.

Availability

We aim to keep the app running and your content available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change, pause, or retire features, and we'll give reasonable notice if something you paid for is going away.

Ending your access

You can stop using the app whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — and if we do, we'll tell you why.

If you're using the Apple app

  • ·These terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app.
  • ·Apple isn't responsible for any product warranty, and isn't liable for any claims relating to the app.
  • ·Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and can enforce them against you.
  • ·You confirm you're not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo, and aren't on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • ·You'll also comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app.

Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new version.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there — without taking away any protection you have under the consumer law where you live.
