Refund Policy

Changed your mind? You get your money back.

The Mom Brain Reset is meant to take weight off your plate. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be paying for it. Here's exactly how refunds work, in plain language.

The 14-day promise

Buy the Mom Brain Reset and work it for 14 days. If you don't feel lighter, ask for your money back. No reason required, no form to fill in, no hoops. You keep the prompts either way.

How to ask for a refund

  • ·Send us a note through the Contact page.
  • ·Tell us the email address you bought with — that's all we need to find your order.
  • ·We reply within 2 business days.

How long the money takes to come back

We process the refund within 2 business days of your request. After that your bank or card issuer usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. That last part is on their side, not ours.

Bought inside the iPhone or Android app?

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google, not by us — we can't refund them directly. For an Apple purchase, request it through Apple's 'Report a Problem' page. For a Google Play purchase, request it from Google Play within 48 hours of the charge. If you're outside that window or get stuck, contact us anyway and we'll help you work out where to go.

Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, tell us. We fix it — that's not a refund request, that's a mistake, and we'll sort it out.

After the 14 days

Past 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If something is broken, or the program isn't what this site described, say so — we'd rather make it right than keep money for something you didn't get.

Please talk to us before a chargeback

A chargeback takes weeks and costs both of us money in fees. A message to us usually takes a day. Reach out first and we'll refund you directly.

Your consumer rights

Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including any statutory right to cancel a digital purchase.

Questions about an order? Reach out through the Contact page and we'll answer in plain language, not legalese.
