If You Only Have Your Phone — or No Chatbot At All
None of this should require a chatbot you trust, a device you own, or moving words between five windows on a screen the size of a card.
Why this works
Most of this program quietly assumes you can copy a list from one app and paste it into another. If that is not true for you — because the phone is small, the tablet is shared, or you would rather not hand your family's business to a chatbot — there is a way through. Every exercise in these four weeks works with a pen and a piece of paper. The tool is a shortcut, never a requirement, and the paper version costs nothing.
Do this
- 1If you would rather not use a chatbot at all, do the paper version: write the list by hand, write the four headings yourself, and sort it with a pen. That is the whole exercise.
- 2If you are using a tool, use the microphone button, not the keyboard. Most of them have one.
- 3Say your list out loud the way you would say it to a friend. Messy is fine. The tool writes it down.
- 4Then say the prompt out loud straight after it. You never have to switch apps or copy anything.
- 5If your tool can read answers back, turn that on. You can listen instead of reading.
Your prompt
Say this out loud instead of typing it: [whatever you would have pasted]. Then say: now sort what I just told you into what only I can do, what someone else could do, and what I can delete. Read your answer back to me.
Swap the brackets for your own details, then paste it into any AI tool.
Today's action
Do one whole lesson without typing a single character — by voice, or on paper.
You're done when: You know you can do this with a pen, a phone, or nothing at all.
