We built MomAi for moms carrying too much — the last thing we'd add is another thing to worry about. This page explains, plainly, what we collect, how AI tools use it, and how we keep it private.

What we collect — and why
When you take the Mental Load Check, use the free Offload tool, share an anonymous community win, or join the founding cohort, we store only what's needed to give you a personalized experience: your quiz answers and result, the text you type into tools, and your email + first name if you opt in. Nothing more. We never sell, rent, or trade your data.
How AI tools use your input
The prompts you write into the Offload tool and our AI coach are sent to our AI provider to generate a response, then returned to you. We don't use your private inputs to train any model. Your offload text stays yours — it lives in your account so you can come back to it, and only you (and admins for support) can see it.
Anonymous by design
Community wins are shared without your name or email attached. The cheer (👏) button increments a count through a secure, server-side function — it can't be used to edit your win's text or identify you. What you share is what the community sees, and that's it.
Who can see your records
Row-level security keeps your data private by default. Your quiz results, profile, and notes are visible only to you. Admins can access records only to provide support or moderate the community board — never to browse or sell. Lead subscribers are visible only to the MomAi team.
If you join the email list, you'll hear from us about the Reset, resources, and (occasionally) the business track. We use a third-party email service to send those. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. We will never add you to a list you didn't ask for.
Payments
Course access and payments are handled by Kajabi, our course platform, which processes your transaction securely. We receive your enrollment status — not your card details. Refunds follow the guarantee on the founding offer.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your profile, quiz results, and saved notes any time from your Dashboard. To request full data deletion, email us and we'll remove your records within 30 days. You don't need a reason.
Children
MomAi Takeover is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the record.
Changes to this statement
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and note the date below. We won't quietly expand what we collect — if a new tool needs new data, we'll tell you first.
